  • NOO = Non-Owner Occupied (only)
  • IO/FA/PA = Interest Only, Fully Amortized, Partially Amortized
  • Each Trust Deeds File will have the following: 1008, 1003, Credit Report and Appraisal
  • Investor’s funds go directly into Escrow with the insuring Title Company
  • Your Personal or Corporate vesting is on the Note and Deed of Trust
